Bernard Holcroft - Chairman
A professional investor and corporate advisor, Bernard is currently CEO of Peter Hambro Limited and director of a number of other companies. Previously, Bernard founded Rupert Hambro & Partners with Rupert Hambro. Prior to that, he was UK Finance Director for Pioneer International (now HeidelbergerCement) and before that he held several senior finance positions within the Beecham Group (now GlaxoSmithKline) in the UK, Germany and Belgium. He holds a BA in Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Irfon Watkins – CEO and Founder
With 25 years working in blue chip IT and services companies, Irfon enjoys extensive commercial experience across high-tech multinationals. He has held senior management positions at Dell Computers, Computacenter – and more recently CommerceQuest, where he was executive vice president of EMEA. Irfon is also currently chairing the IAB Video Council.

Gillian Kent – Non-Executive Director
Gillian is a leading digital sector industry figure who worked at Microsoft for over ten years, eventually leaving to become CEO of propertyfinder.com. She was MSN UK Country Manager between 2003 and 2006 where she drove growth from 60 to 150 staff, servicing 17 million users.

Spyro Korsanos, Non-Executive Director
Korsanos is managing principal and founder of Creative Ventures Group, an early-stage specialist within media and technology investment and corporate management. He enjoys more than ten years of experience in the media and technology sector, including major media companies such as BSkyB, Liberty Global, Canwest Communications and Cable & Wireless. Spyro’s focus is on business development, legal issues and regulatory and corporate strategies. He holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School.
